Subscriptions Policy
​
Our policy on subscription based services is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service, you can ask for a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the services. If the period of 14 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Events Policy

Retreat Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Richard Aceves, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy for retreats before making a reservation.

Cancellation and Refund Guidelines
​
- 90 Days Notice: If you cancel your reservation at least 90 days before the retreat's start date, you will receive a full refund, excluding the service fees.
​
- 60 Days Notice: Cancellations made at least 60 days before the retreat's start date qualify for a 50% refund, excluding the service fees.
​
-30 Days Notice: If you cancel at least 30 days before the retreat's start date, you are eligible for a 25% refund, excluding the service fees.
​
- **Within 30 Days**: Cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat's start date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Voluntary Non-Attendance: If you are legally permitted to enter the retreat's host country but choose not to attend for any reason, no refund will be provided.

Participant Responsibilities
​
- COVID-19 and Travel Guidelines: You must review and comply with COVID-19 and other relevant travel guidelines before booking. No refund will be issued if you are denied entry due to non-compliance with health or travel requirements, such as an invalid or missing COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
- Visa and Entry Regulations: You are solely responsible for understanding and adhering to the visa and entry regulations of the retreat's host country. Failure to gain entry for such reasons will not qualify for a refund.
Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations like illness, injuries, or travel disruptions may necessitate a plan change. While the deposit is non-refundable, RichardAceves.com will consider requests to transfer the deposit to another retreat on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Please note that such requests are rarely granted to maintain fairness and logistical planning.
