Heal Yourself Physically And Emotionally Through Movement and Breath

Movement Ayahuasca
Tavira, portugal
April 3-7, 2025

What is Movement ayahuasca?

Movement Ayahuasca is a transformative experience designed to push participants through intense physical, mental, and emotional stress to facilitate profound personal growth.

The philosophy behind it emphasizes that true change occurs not through passive reflection but through active, intense engagement with one's body and environment. By creating an immersive, challenging setting that disrupts routine and forces individuals to confront their deepest patterns and behaviors, Movement Ayahuasca aims to break down the ego and stimulate what is called a "quantum leap"—a significant shift in perspective and self-perception. This process draws on a combination of modern science, ancient philosophies, and intense physical movement to help individuals overcome trauma, break through psychological barriers, and reconnect with their primal, authentic selves.

The ultimate goal is to cultivate resilience, clarity, and a deeper connection to life, requiring participants to push their limits and embrace the discomfort necessary for genuine transformation.

Movement Ayahuasca is a culmination of my life. I have always enjoyed life, but  having a near death experience gave me an understanding of the importance of  being present and enjoying life to the fullest. Because of this experience, 14 years ago I decided to work closely with people as a coach.

Coaching allowed me to get to know people all around the world and notice patterns in muscle imbalances and body discomfort/pain that led to the same behavioural traits such as confidence, insecurities, father/mother issues, lack of being present, lack of drive or excitement, to name a few.

This is where my interest in emotional mapping began. The development of emotional mapping showed me that discomfort points in the body are directly linked to emotional trauma and need to be dealt with in an active way.

There is so much more to training and movement than looking good naked or lifting heavy, those are byproducts. Movement can heal us. We can deal with our anxiety, stress, depression and trauma. If we work on our physical, mental, and emotional self, we allow our light to shine.

testimonials

My whole life, I’ve allowed people to use me as a verbal, physical, and emotional punch bag for my whole life - I’ve taken everything on, I get beaten and I come back for more and say go on hit me again, I’m strong enough to take it, even though I was fragile I couldn’t and wouldn’t allow my emotions to get the better of me.

One of the most beautiful moments occurred during the second retreat - I broke. I completely broke into nothing and that’s ok, because at the point in time I needed to be broken to be rebuilt.

My biggest take away from the retreats is that I now willingly explore, uncover and just fucken embrace the beauty of what is to come - it’s ok, let go and have faith.

We’re dealt a hand in life, we can play the hand, bluff or we can reshuffle, but there’s no tapping out - it’s our decision, only ours and no fucken one else’s.

Ric is an awesome human, who is an exceptional guide with a wealth of knowledge, he and his team help you find your true self without judgment and I’m grateful for pika, Rach, Ed and movement Ayahuasca.

I cannot thank you enough for the incredible Movement Ayahuasca experience!! I'm having a tough time putting everything that the retreat has done for me into words.

From every morning walk, Swami session, gauntlet, expression session, and flow workout, I was blown away by all of the "ah ha" moments that came up!

When these past memories resurfaced, they helped to shine a light and brought unexpected clarity to help explain my feelings of why I don't trust myself, why I have a hard time connecting with myself, and with labels I've placed on myself that are holding me back and making things more than they actually are.

Being able to get out of my head and into my body and let myself acknowledge, feel, connect and express so many emotions that I have been holding back was so incredibly freeing, I felt lighter, taller and rejuvenated.

I can't remember the last time I've been able to sleep this good consistently! Being able to spend this time and energy with myself in this wonderful place sharing this with an amazing group of people is absolutely priceless! Also, a great reminder to keep looking for joy in all aspects of life! Thanks again!!
