In-Person 8-Week Project · Begins October 5 · Newport Beach, California
Build the capacity to handle more.
The Capacity Project is an 8-week in-person coaching experience designed to help you handle more in everyday life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Through movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, and direct coaching, you will build a body that feels safer, stronger, and more capable under real stress.
Hosted in person out of Turf in Newport Beach, California. Two one-on-one sessions per week, plus individualized accessory work and daily routines as needed.
8 weeks · 2 one-on-one sessions per week · assessment-first · limited spots
The Real Issue
The weight is never just the weight.
You might look fine from the outside. You train. You work. You hold it together. But the body keeps score, and eventually the same pattern comes back.
The same hip. The same shoulder. The same low back. The same shutdown. The same stress response. You get temporary relief, then it shows up again.
The problem is not that you do not work hard enough. The problem is that your body learned how to survive the load instead of build under it.
That is why this work starts in person: so we can see how your body actually responds to stress, where you hold tension, what shuts down, and what needs to change.

What This Project Helps You Do
Over 8 weeks, this project helps you build the ability to handle more in your actual life — more physical demand, more mental pressure, and more emotional intensity — without defaulting to the same shutdown, bracing, compensation, or overwhelm patterns.
- Handle more physical load without collapsing into the same pain and tension patterns
- Stay steadier under mental pressure instead of forcing, rushing, or checking out
- Regulate emotional intensity more effectively through movement and breathwork
What This Is Not
Not this
- A workout template built for someone else's body
- Passive mobility that feels good and changes nothing
- A nervous system reset that falls apart the second real life hits
- A generic training plan disconnected from the way you actually live
What this is
- An 8-week in-person project built around how your body actually responds to stress
- Two one-on-one sessions per week with direct coaching and feedback
- A full assessment process that shows where tension, compensation, and shutdown patterns live
- Breathwork and movement strategies to upregulate or downregulate your nervous system as needed
- Individualized accessory work and daily routines that support the work between sessions
- A process that transfers into everyday life, work, relationships, training, and sport
What Gets Built
Three things that need to get stronger if you want to handle more in everyday life.
Physical Capacity
Build a body that can take on more load without falling back into the same tension, compensation, and pain patterns.
Mental Capacity
Learn to stay present when effort rises instead of rushing, forcing, or mentally checking out the moment things get uncomfortable.
Emotional Capacity
Recognize how stress shows up in your body, regulate it through breath and movement, and respond with more control in everyday life.

The Capacity Method
Assess. Build safety. Build capacity. Integrate.

01
Assess
We look at how you move, breathe, brace, and compensate under real demand. We identify where tension is being held, what shuts down when stress rises, and how those patterns affect you physically, mentally, and emotionally.
02
Build Safety
We start creating more safety inside the body through breathwork, awareness, targeted contractions, positional work, and simple movement. The goal is to help you feel what is actually happening instead of just pushing through it.

03
Build Capacity
We progressively load movements you are capable of doing well so your body can learn to handle more intensity without defaulting to old protective patterns. This is where physical confidence and nervous system tolerance start to grow.
04
Integrate
We carry those changes into your actual life — work, relationships, training, and sport — so the results are not trapped inside the gym.
Why I Built This
The body isn't broken. It's surviving. The problem is what it was taught to survive.
I got hit by a rockslide coming off a mountain at 18. Hip shattered into about 35 pieces. Four and a half months in bed. Doctors told me I'd probably be on painkillers the rest of my life — maybe a hip replacement by my mid-30s.
That was my big F you to the medical system. I taught myself to walk again. Four months later I was deadlifting 200 kilos.
That became my introduction to how the body actually works — how it breaks down, how it learns to protect itself, how it can be rebuilt if you understand what it's actually doing, not just what the symptoms are telling you.
After that came years of working with people the specialists couldn't figure out. Clients who'd seen private medicine in three countries and still had no answer. A UFC fighter who couldn't lift his arm without pain — fixed by addressing a weak oblique, not the shoulder. A CrossFit Games athlete who could press 350 pounds with zero pec engagement. A woman who'd been in agony for four years, two hip replacements on the table, who was running with a sandbag inside of an hour.
What I kept finding was the same thing every time: the body wasn't broken. It was surviving. But it had been taught to survive the wrong way — and every passive fix just reinforced the pattern.
The Capacity Project is the closest version of how I actually work: in person, direct, assessment-first, and built around what your body is doing in real time. This 8-week project gives us the structure to create real change, not just talk about it.
“Your life will not always get lighter. You can become more capable of carrying it.”

Is This For You?
This is for you if:
- You are carrying a lot and your body is starting to reflect it
- You want direct coaching, not a generic template
- You want to understand how stress is showing up physically, mentally, and emotionally
- You are ready to work in person and be coached honestly
- You want a process that transfers into everyday life, not just a better workout
This is not for you if:
- You want a plug-and-play program with no feedback
- You want to stay in theory without doing the work
- You are looking for therapy or medical treatment
- You do not want in-person coaching
- You want to train harder without understanding why things keep breaking down

Real Outcomes
What people often come in saying, and what changes after 8 weeks of direct in-person work.
| When they start | After 8 weeks |
|---|---|
| “I keep getting hurt and no one can tell me why.” | They understand where the pattern starts and how to interrupt it. |
| “I train, but I do not actually feel strong.” | They feel the right muscles working under real load and trust their body more. |
| “I get overwhelmed fast and either push harder or shut down.” | They know how to regulate their nervous system and stay steadier under pressure. |
| “My stress is through the roof and nothing is helping.” | They have more tolerance for physical, mental, and emotional intensity in everyday life. |
| “I do not trust my body anymore.” | They leave with earned physical confidence, more awareness, and more control. |
